In fact, bronchiectasis is the most common condition managed here at the clinic. Because it requires highly specialized care, EveryBreath Physiotherapy is fully equipped to provide you with a deep, comprehensive assessment of your lung health. You won't get a one-size-fits-all solution; instead, you will walk away with a clear, realistic treatment plan completely tailored to your unique lungs, your daily routine, and your long-term health goals.

Yes, we can depending on your specific plan, please get in contact to see if this is the case for you.

Your initial visit is a comprehensive, one-on-one assessment focused entirely on your lung health and lifestyle. I will review your medical history (bring any scans or lung function test results along), and check your current breathing pattern and cough effectiveness. Together, we will discuss your main symptoms — such as chronic cough, breathlessness, or stubborn mucus — and design a realistic, tailored daily management plan that fits into your routine.

Uncontrolled, aggressive coughing can irritate your airways, cause chest soreness, and actually trap mucus deeper in your lungs by causing the airways to collapse. Respiratory physiotherapy teaches you "controlled clearing" methods. These techniques use targeted airflow rather than brute force, allowing you to move mucus up and out much more efficiently, with far less physical exhaustion and strain on your body.

Yes. While it is vital to see your doctor for medical management (like antibiotics) during an infection, chest physiotherapy is highly effective during a flare-up. When your mucus production increases and becomes thicker, I can help you safely modify your clearance techniques, introduce temporary inhalation therapy strategies, and guide you through energy-conservation methods to help you manage breathlessness and recover faster.
